120 day sleep trial policy

120 day sleep trial like most brand new things will take a bit of an adjustment period. It will take time for your body to adjust to your new mattress and your new mattress to break in as well. Because of this we ask you to sleep on it for a minimum of 21 nights to allow for the adjustment period to take place. After 21 nights if you are still not completely comfortable, we will do our best to match you to your right mattress. Our 120 day sleep trial is valid for exchanges that must be done within 120 days of the delivery or pick update. You may exchange your mattress one time with a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price. Items that need to be picked up or delivered subjected to a delivery fee of $100 or more depending on delivery distance. Bradley Family Furniture is unable to exchange stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses. Items that qualify for the 120 day sleep trial must have an eligible mattress protector on at all times. If law tag is removed from mattress, it is also not able to be exchanged according to law. Please note that our 120 day sleep trial is not valid on special order sizes or models (California king, split king , three-quarter, crib, futon, Olympic queen , split head king, etc.) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, delivery charges, protection plans, floor samples, clearance items, mattress foundations, power bases, pillows, and bedding accessories. Special promotion items are subjected to msrp for exchanges and would not qualify for special promotion prices.

Warranty Claims - Furniture warranties are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty and/or any extended warranty purchased by the customer, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements of those warranty policies.

Certain warranty claims may require items to be repaired by the manufacturer or a third-party service provider. Customers are responsible for transporting items to and from Bradley Family Furniture unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If pickup, delivery, or transportation assistance is requested, additional shipping, handling, labor, mileage, or service fees may apply depending on the size of the item, distance traveled, accessibility, and scope of work.

Bradley Family Furniture reserves the right to refuse or deny pickup, delivery, transportation, or in-home service requests at its sole discretion for safety, liability, logistical, accessibility, sanitation, or operational reasons.

Furniture Return Policy- All furniture sales are considered FINAL once the items have been delivered to or picked up by the customer. This applies regardless of delivery method. Returned items (only when eligible) must be in NEW and UNUSED condition based on Bradley Family Furniture’s inspection. Items must include all accessories and be in their original packaging.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: All special order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

NON–SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: • May be cancelled prior to or on the scheduled date of delivery. • A 30% restocking fee (based on purchase price) will be applied. • An additional $100 pickup fee applies if the product needs to be retrieved from the customer within a 15 mile radius. Additional costs apply to items outside of this radius up to Bradley Family Furniture’s Discretion and have all rights to refuse pickup and transportation for any reason. . • Customers wishing to reselect a different product must do so within 72 hours. Redelivery fees may apply. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

• Delivery charges • Protection plans • Floor samples • Clearance items • Mattress foundations • Power bases • Pillows and bedding accessories RETURN SHIPPING FEES: • If applicable, return shipping fees will be added. INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESS: • Returned items are inspected immediately upon arrival. Any approved exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and tax regulations. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method. Deposits on orders

A down deposit is required to place all and any orders.

Deposits guarantee that your order is reserved or placed.

Deposits are fully refundable within 45 days of the deposit date if the order is cancelled as long as the item has not yet been ordered.

After 45 days or order has been made to manufacturer or 3rd party the deposits are no longer refundable. If a cancelation is requested after this period, the deposit amount will be issued as store credit only along with any fees associated with cancelled orders in previous policy stated.

Prices are subjected to change after time of deposit only if item has not been ordered yet and our pricing changes to factors outside of our control. Examples include but are not limited to: tariffs, taxes, supplier cost increase, raw material costs, and other variable expenses. In such cases customers may be subjected to paying difference balance prior to pickup or delivery.

Store credit does not expire, store credit may be applied toward any future purchase at Bradley Family Furniture.
